This beautiful panel, located in the Valley of the Pinturas River, in the province of Santa Cruz, Argentina, its named from the paintings of hands that dates about 13,000 to 9,000 years ago. It is considered a World Heritage since 1999 by UNESCO. These several hands blended with beautiful colours in negative painting depicts mostly the left hand. This skillful artist used minerals such as iron oxides to produce red and purple, kaolin to produce white, natrojarosite producing yellow, and manganese oxide producing black. These minerals were sprayed by using a pipe held by the right hand.
