This art depicts one of the most iconic archaeological sites in the world. Machu Picchu, in Cuzco, Peru, flourished in the 15th Century, built in a classical Inca style. Located in a mountain range 7,970 ft above the sea level. The existence of this city was made public in 1911 by the American historian Hiram Bingham III. Today it is a World Heritage site by UNESCO, receiving thousands of tourist every year.
