This art shows an incredible panoramic view of one of the most outstanding Mayan sites. Chichen Itza flourishes during the Late Classic (600-800 AD) period, extending its functions until the early Postclassic period, and then being abandoned around AD 1200. Here we have an unique site, considered World Heritage by UNESCO, as well as an iconic place in the memory of all Mesoamerican archaeologist.
