About this place:

This square, located in the historic center of the city of San Salvador, depicts an unusual urban landscape now wiped out by modernization, and destroyed by fires, earthquakes and human hand. The illustrious Francisco Morazán national hero emerges in the heart of the ancient Central American city.

This art is based on a photo taken by a traveler in the 1920's and now kept in a private collection in El Salvador.
